Participation
Committees & Liaisons meetings are open to employees of member firms and government employees at a reduced price, and Non-Members are welcome to attend at the regular price.

ACEC Arizona member volunteers are the backbone of the organization. If you are an employee of a member firm or government employee, get involved by participating in a committee or liaison. Participation in all liaisons and committees is encouraged and open to all employees of member firms and government employees.
Committees
Land Development – Meets as requested.

Roads & Streets Conference – Meets starting in the winter to plan and coordinate speakers.
​
Golf Tournament – Starts meeting in the winter to coordinate course selections/sponsorship ideas.
​
Education and Workforce Development– schedule coming soon

Liaisons
ADOT – Meets first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 am for breakfast networking; speaker starts at 8:00 am, ACEC Arizona office.
​
Southern Arizona Liaison – includes cities and counties in southern Arizona, plus ADOT. Meets jointly with other engineering organizations.
​
The City of Phoenix – Meets the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:30 am for breakfast networking; the speaker starts at 8:00 am at the ACEC Arizona office.
​
Pinal County Liaison – Meets quarterly in Pinal County.
​
Maricopa County – Meets the second Wednesday of the month at 7:30 am for breakfast networking; the speaker starts at 8:00 am at the ACEC Arizona office.

West Valley – Meets quarterly with various West Valley cities
​
East Valley – Meets monthly with various East Valley cities
​
Business Practices – includes current trends in recruitment, retention, insurance, workplace environment, etc., social media policies, best use and strategy, public relations, awards, and outreach. Meets at various times throughout the year
​
Water – Meets quarterly with state-wide water officials.
​
