The Workforce Development Committee is dedicated to improving the skills and knowledge of our workforce. We work to identify areas where training and education can make a difference, and we collaborate with local businesses and organizations to provide resources and support. Our goal is to help individuals reach their full potential and contribute to the growth and success of our community.
PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS
TO ADVANCE THE PROFESSION OF ENGINEERING
The ACEC Research Institute will award general, specialty, and diversity and inclusion scholarships in the fall of 2024.
Through the ACEC Research Institute scholarship portal, qualified students can access over 100 scholarships totaling nearly $ 1 million in grants. Our scholarship portal houses various opportunities, including a $5,000 award that will be given to one qualified applicant in every state and the District of Columbia, various diversity and inclusion scholarships, need-based opportunities, and those that our State Member Organizations provide.

Our new platform, AwardSpring, will automatically match students with scholarships available to them based on their completed application.
