It is time for our 3rd Annual STEM Game Day event!

We are excited to hold 3 events across the state over the next few months!

These events, held in Phoenix, Tucson, and Flagstaff, will invite hundreds of middle school students from each region to get an inside look at our state university football stadiums. Students will learn what engineering goes into hosting a football game—and the communities surrounding the stadiums!

Our volunteers will be responsible for manning engineering stations within the stadiums and/or serving as tour guides.

The events will take place on the following dates and locations:

  • Tuesday, February 4: Arizona State University, 8 a.m.–12 p.m.

  • Tuesday, March 25: University of Arizona, 9:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.

  • Wednesday, April 2: Northern Arizona University (time TBD)

Depending on your schedule and availability, you can volunteer for one, two, or all three events.

If you’d like to join our team for this exciting opportunity, please REGISTER HERE. For those planning to volunteer in Phoenix, please note that a training session is scheduled for January 30. Training sessions for the other schools will be held in March. Be sure to sign up before then to receive the link for the training.

Feel free to share this opportunity with colleagues who may also be interested. Let me know if you have any questions—I hope we’ll have the chance to inspire our future industry engineers together!

Thank you,
