ACEC Arizona’s Liaisons create one of the most meaningful connections between consulting firms, public agencies, and industry partners. These meetings provide a consistent space to share updates, discuss challenges, explore upcoming work, and strengthen the relationships that move infrastructure forward.

Liaisons & Forums

ADOT Liaison

Join us monthly at 7:30 a.m. for breakfast networking, followed by a speaker presentation starting at 8:00 a.m. at the ACEC Arizona office. This liaison provides members with direct engagement and dialogue with Arizona Department of Transportation leadership and staff on transportation priorities, programs, and policy updates.

Southern Arizona Liaison

The Southern Arizona Liaison includes cities and counties throughout southern Arizona, along with ADOT representatives. This group meets jointly with other engineering organizations and provides a forum for collaboration, information sharing, and discussion of regional transportation, infrastructure, and development priorities.

City of Phoenix Liaison

Join us monthly at 7:30 a.m. for breakfast networking, with the speaker beginning at 8:00 a.m. at the ACEC Arizona office. This liaison offers members regular access to City of Phoenix leadership and staff to discuss capital programs, procurement processes, policy updates, and upcoming project opportunities.

Pinal County Liaison

The Pinal County Liaison is currently being developed and will provide a forum for engagement with Pinal County leadership and staff. Once launched, this group will focus on infrastructure planning, growth-related challenges, and opportunities for collaboration in one of Arizona’s fastest-growing regions.

Maricopa County Liaison

The Maricopa County Liaison meets quarterly at 7:30 a.m. for breakfast networking, with the speaker starting at 8:00 a.m. at the ACEC Arizona office. The group facilitates open dialogue between engineering firms and county leadership on capital improvement programs, policy initiatives, and regional infrastructure priorities.

West Valley Liaison

The West Valley Liaison meets monthly with various West Valley cities. Meeting locations and times vary. This group provides members with opportunities to engage directly with local agencies, discuss regional development trends, and build relationships with municipal decision-makers throughout the West Valley.

East Valley Liaison

The East Valley Liaison meets at various times during the year with different East Valley cities. These meetings foster collaboration and communication on local capital programs, development activities, and policy considerations affecting engineering firms in the East Valley.

East Valley Aviation Forum

The East Valley Aviation Forum meets at various times during the year at East Valley airports. This forum focuses on aviation-related infrastructure, capital programs, regulatory considerations, and opportunities for engineering firms involved in airport planning, design, and construction.
